Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 - 6 oz pork chops, 1-inch thick
1/3 cup 2004 C.G. Di Arte Tempranillo
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, finely chopped, white and 1/2 the greens
2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, or 1 1/2
tsp dried 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a small bowl, whisk together wine, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, onion, rosemary and parsley. Arrange pork chops in a shallow glass dish and pour marinade over pork, turning to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Remove chops from refrigerator about 20 minutes before grilling. Cook uncovered 7 to 8 minutes per side, turning once, basting with marinade.  Season with salt and pepper.
