In the year 2000, Chaim and Elisheva conceived, designed and built
C.G. Di Arie Vineyard and Winery in the Sierra Foothills. The project was completed in early 2002.

At present, Chaim & Elisheva live in the vicinity of the winery while maintaining a home in the Bay Area.
