Celebrating four iconic wine regions that inspire the award-winning winemaking of Amador Wine Country, local wineries will pair their wines with international traditions of open flame cuisine. The expansive and historic Amador County Fairgrounds will feature wines representing an iconic wine region: South of France (Rhône), Italy, Spain/Portugal (Iberia), and “Heritage California” (claiming Zinfandel and Mission). The event will pay homage to the regions with chefs preparing open-fire locavore dishes, musicians playing regional melodies and tasting of more than 200 award-winning wines.
