& Go On a Magical Walk in the Vineyard with Chaim Or Enjoy Delicious Wines In The Cellar

Follow Chaim to secret parts of the vineyard that you have never seen before and taste the jewels that he has on the east and north side of the vineyards. Taste grapes as you go from 5 different Vineyard Blocks walking between the rows and discuss the characteristics
of each of these varieties:
Cabernet Franc – Block #1
Zinfandel – Block #2
Primitivo – Block #4
Cabernet Sauvignon – Block #12
Grenache – Block #16
Then gather under the shade of the huge oak tree in Vineyard Block #1 where you will savor wines made from the vineyards that you just visited and compare them to the fruit we picked this morning from each of these vineyard blocks.
