Chaim Will Present The Evolution Of Syrah At Di Arie With “The Old, The Young And The Newly Born”
We will taste 2 aged Syrahs 2006 & 2007, the current vintage 2018 Syrah and the 2021 Syrah from the barrel pressed a week ago. If you are curious about Syrahs, you will be amazed by the quality of these wines. Each one showing off in its own way. They are all inky red, full body wines, almost chewy that fills your mouth without attacking it,with spectacular earthy and savory flavors and hints of spice and smoke. Chaim will also discuss the crush and the attributes of his newly born Syrah, which is as spectacular as the others.
